“To the Floor” Fringe Hat

This custom-made hat is structured from scratch of black fabric, a wide 24” circumference brim with long draped curtain black/silver speckled fringe that falls to the floor. Length of curtain comes nearly 6ft long so you can trim bottom to your preferred height.
